I hope all is going well. Quick Story for you.. July 15^th was my Dads 60^th birthday party. The one thing that we wanted to do for him was bring him to the MN Twins game and sit him down on the field.. I was in contact with Melissa Vaughan who handles our ITEX account for Houck Advertising. We had previously bought seats this way right by the dugout.. So working diligently all week I am assuming she came through with tickets for us the day of the event and we were able to make it work.. The story doesn’t end.. She also ended up doing a package deal for my family with vouchers for food at O’Donovan’s and transportation to and from the downtown in a very nice Chrysler 300M stretch Limo. The entire family had just an amazing time!

My family is very grateful for all the time, effort and sweat she put into this event which made for a 60^th birthday party that my dad will never forget.  I’m in a sales position at Houck and it’s always good to get a little positive feedback from clients and I couldn’t give Melissa enough great praise for helping out.. She did a fantastic job of putting all this together within hours of the event. Not to mention up selling us to make sure everything was perfect!

Looking forward to working with her again in the future!
